INNOVATION

Support a software innovation project.

COCONSULT designs and evolves software. A decision of 4 February 2026 by DRIEETS Île-de-France grants it a French innovation tax credit agreement, no. 28910108, for 2026 to 2030. The agreement does not, by itself, mean a project qualifies for a tax credit.

What the decision says

Holder

COCONSULT, VAT FR90838913838, the French company that publishes this site. Not Coconsult Nearshore.

Decision

Number 28910108, authority DRIEETS Île-de-France, dated 4 February 2026.

Years

2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030.

What the agreement is for

It recognises that the provider can take part in innovation work for a client. The client still has to check that the operation itself belongs in the innovation tax credit base.

Coconsult does not promise a tax credit. Maintenance, staff augmentation or an ordinary change do not become eligible because the agreement exists.

How an innovation subject is scoped

The work starts from a product, a prototype or a pilot installation to design. Scope, deliverables and the contracting company are written down before the start.

Software development, the team and the way of working are chosen afterwards. Nearshore, when it is used, goes through Coconsult Nearshore, a legally separate Tunisian company in Sfax.

Depending on the need

Ways of working

Staff augmentation, a dedicated team, nearshore or a fixed scope, once the work is clear.

Describe the prototype or the product to design.

The context is enough to say whether an innovation scoping is useful. Tax eligibility is confirmed separately.
